Rockford Fosgate R152

The Rockford Fosgate R152 is a single 5.25” Prime full-range speaker sold individually and designed as a replacement for low-quality factory speakers. Larger than the 4” R142, the R152 therefore offers a higher power output of 35W RMS and 75W MAX.

Plus it’s frequency is much improved at 53Hz-22kHz. Like its peer, the R152 hosts a .5” Mylar balanced dome tweeter, and a tweeter high-pass crossover network. Its core mica-injected polypropylene cone however is larger at 5.25”. Included are grilles and the necessary mounting hardware. Critics say that though the speaker offers clear audio, it’s not intended for users seeking bass.
