Pyle Audio PLG6.4

The Pyle Audio PLG6.4 are a pair of 6.5” 4-way coaxial car-audio loudspeakers developed from a yellow colored poly injected cone. An upgrade from the PLG6.3, the PLG6.4 supports a greater peak power handling of 300w (versus 280w) and raised nominal power handling of 150w (versus 140w).

In addition, the PLG6.4 is a 3-way speaker versus the 2-way PLG6.3. The PLG6.4 also features a 1.75” Polymer cone midrange (versus .5” Neodymium dome) and a .5” Neodymium dome tweeter (versus a super film tweeter). The PLG6.4, however, does maintain the PLG6.3’s non-fatiguing Butyl rubber surround, hi-temp aluminum voice coil, and extra resilient capacitor. The Pyle Audio PLG6.4 is priced at $62.50, a $6.25 increase from the $56.25.
