Pyle Audio PLG5.2

The Pyle Audio PLG5.2 are a pair of 5.25” 2-way coaxial car-audio loudspeakers manufactured from a yellow colored poly injected cone. Similar to its 4.0” peer, the PLG4.2, the PLG5.2 also offers a 140w peak power output and 70w nominal power output.

In addition, the PLG5.2 maintains its predecessor’s .5” Neodymium magnet dome tweeter, non-fatiguing Butyl rubber surround, and yellow coated steel basket. The PLG5.2 is essentially an exact duplicate of the PLG4.2, except housed in a 1” larger frame, thereby rendering it at $36.50 (versus $34.00). The only difference in the two models, besides the size, is that the PLG5.2 supports a slightly superior frequency response of 80Hz-20kHz (versus 90Hz-20kHz).
