Pyle Audio PLG46.2

The Pyle Audio PLG46.2 are a pair of 4.0” x 6.0” 2-way coaxial car-audio loudspeakers constructed from a yellow colored poly injected cone. The fourth speaker in the Pyle Audio Gear X series, the PLG46.2 is in fact very similar to the PLG41.3 in that it maintains an oval frame.

The PLG46.2, however, has a smaller frame (versus 4.0” x 10”), less peak power, and an inferior frequency (70Hz-22kHz versus 60Hz-22kHz). In addition, the PLG46.2 does not include a mid-range dome, but it does feature .5” Neodymium magnet dome tweeter with a non-fatiguing Butyl rubber surround. Furthermore, the PLG46.2 comes equipped with a custom grill, a hi-temp aluminum voice coil, and a yellow coated steel basket. The Pyle Audio PLG46.2 is priced at $37.00, a $33 reduction in price from the $70 PLG41.3.
