The system includes different mounting plates to accomodate most standard mounting styles which can be used in coaxial speaker mounting or as a component speaker. The crossover can be set to 4 different tweeter levels (+1, 0, -1.5, -3) with a 2nd order low-pass filter and a 3rd order high-pass. The 5 1/4" drivers use aerated polypropylene cones, have butyl rubber dampers, a 1 1/2” Voice Coil and are mounted in a die cast aluminum basket with vent holes to allow pressure equalization on both sides of the cone. Features such as a small Neo magnet, U.S. & Euro hole patterns, 2 1/2" mounting depth plus supplied spacer rings ensure easy installation into a wide variety of cars. The 22mm ring tweeter, which uses a neodymium motor structure with farraday cap, is usually found in high-end home speakers and is capable has a top-end frequency response beyond 40kHz.
