Polk Audio db651S

$100.00 Released March, 2007

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Rubber surrounds provide durable life to these speakers.

The Cons:Polymer/mica composite cones have no resistance whatsoever to sun exposure. My pair developed cracks and literally fell apart in under 6 months. i.e. Mount these in a location with no/minimal light exposure.

The Polk Audio db651S are a pair of 6.5” coaxial car-audio loudspeakers made from a polymer/mica composite and durable rubber surrounds designed to stand up to heat and moisture. An upgrade from the db651, the db651S includes Polk’s slim mount design with short tweeter posts that allow for simpler fitting behind factory grilles.
