The Pros:Puts out massive power at RMS ratings, enough to drive very large subwoofers. Remote bass control is handy, lets you work with it no matter where its positioned in the car. Surprisingly small, won't eat up too much room in the trunk or wherever it gets positioned.

The Cons:Draws a significant amount of power from the battery, need to plan ahead a little. Amp gets very hot, need to make sure the heat sinks get adequate ventilation.
