Each individual TR400-CXi speaker is made up of a high quality polypropylene cone body, and is injection-molded, mica-filled, has a flat-profile/ symmetrical-roll spider, and is surrounded with a butyl rubber surround material. It also includes a flexible mounting system with fully detachable mounting tabs. Special features include a textile dome tweeter body shape complete with an integral phase plug, neodymium magnet, and each speaker is ferrofluid cooled and damped. The JL Audio TR400-CXi 6x9" woofer set currently has no listed release date and has an MSRP of $179.
