The Infinity KAPPA 104.7W is 10” selectable-impedance subwoofer with a woven glass-fiber cone designed to be extremely stiff, thereby reducing distortion and offering improved clarity. The 104.7W is essentially a slightly altered duplicate to the 102.7W.

It includes the 102.7W’s 350w nominal power handling, 1400w peak power handling, and 25-400Hz frequency response. The 104.7W also includes 3” voice calls that provide improved thermal power handling, a Neodymium motor with an aluminum heatsink for more efficient energy handling within a confined space, and a vented polepiece that reduces air compression and minimizes mechanical noise. The primary differences between the two models is the KAPPA 104.7W’s 87db sensitivity (versus 89dB) and its selectable-impedance of 2 or 8 ohms (versus 1 or 4 ohms). The Infinity KAPPA 104.7W is priced at $179.99, the same as the 102.7W.
